Product Spotlight: New Harassment Self-Service Offerings

We are excited to introduce our new Anti-Harassment training offerings. Workplace harassment is a major issue in many organizations. Even if your state does not have a specific training requirement, it’s important to offer training on a regular basis to maintain a safe workplace and to protect your employees and your organization. The best part of our training offering is that if your organization has less than 150 employees, you have the option to self-serve and get started immediately. 

In this blog, we will highlight our Anti-Harassment training offerings so that you can pick the best solution for your organization. 

Course Offering #1: Anti-Harassment Standard Training Our standard anti-harassment training is a single course that is offered as a self-service option or a managed service with a dedicated Account Manager. Our training meets New York State requirements, and addresses anti-harassment training for smaller and larger businesses. Self-service options are only available for organizations with under 150 employees, and managed options are available for organizations with more than 150 employees. 

The cost per user of this package is $15 per user completion. 

Course Offering #2: Anti-Harassment Culturally Sensitive

This course offering is similar to the one mentioned above, however it includes culturally sensitive videos that avoid the term “sexual harassment.” This course still meets New York State requirements, so you will remain compliant even with the culturally sensitive version of the courses. This course has a quick-start self-service option available for businesses with 150 users or less, or a managed version to accommodate larger teams. 

The cost per user of this package is $15 per user completion. 

Course Offering #3: Respect in the Workplace

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Workplace Violence can be all bundled with either our standard or culturally sensitive anti-harassment training. This includes diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as preventative training on workplace violence. It is available in multiple languages and has a quick-start self-service option available for businesses with 150 users or less, and a managed option is available to accommodate larger teams. This is a great deal for organizations who are looking to get the most out of their training experience! 

The cost per user of this package is $25 per user completion. 

Benefits of Self-Service:

The self-service Anti-Harassment Training package allows for smaller organizations to create their own account and manage their own users. Once all of the steps are completed, your members will have immediate access to their training. All packages have their respective benefits.
