The Role
We're looking for a detail-focused, data-fluent Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing sales team on a part-time basis. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone behind our sales process — keeping our CRM clean, our reports meaningful, and our pipeline visibility sharp. What You'll Do

Salesforce Administration – Maintain data integrity within Salesforce, update records, manage pipeline stages, and ensure the CRM accurately reflects sales activity
- Reporting & Dashboards – Build, maintain, and distribute regular sales reports and dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into performance, pipeline health, and conversion trends
- Metrics Interpretation – Go beyond pulling numbers — analyze trends, flag anomalies, and surface insights that help the team make better decisions
- Spreadsheet Management – Develop and maintain spreadsheets for tracking quotas, forecasting, territory assignments, and ad hoc analysis

Process Support – Identify gaps in our sales operations workflow and recommend improvements to help the team move faster and smarter
What We're Looking For
- Salesforce experience is required — you should be comfortable navigating, updating, and reporting within the platform (admin experience a plus)
- Proven ability to interpret sales metrics and translate data into actionable insights
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel and/or Google Sheets) — pivot tables, formulas, and clean formatting should feel second nature
- Exceptional attention to detail — you catch what others miss
- Strong written communication skills for summarizing findings and distributing reports
- Ability to work independently and manage your time across a 10–15 hour work week
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare tech, or a compliance-driven industry is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with post-acute care, senior living, or healthcare compliance
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, or similar sales tech
- Background supporting a small or scaling sales team
