The Challenge

Prior to showdme, training was managed entirely in person, with 3-hour class sessions held twice per week across English, Spanish and Mandarin. This process was not only time-consuming for their internal staff, but for their caregivers as well, as it required them to travel to the office in order to complete training.

Tracking hours and completions was complex and often required the C&T Home Care team to regularly remind caregivers of upcoming deadlines and compliance requirements.

The Solution

Looking to free up internal resources while still ensuring caregivers receive the valuable training they need to promote quality care, C&T Home Care selected showdme’s training services and software.

Today, employees are enrolled in training courses specific to their role and language needs automatically through the showdme integration with HHAeXchange. From there, showdme manages the entire process, including learning path creation, proactive reminders and certificate delivery.

As a result, C&T Home Care is seeing higher completion rates, while dramatically reducing the number of resources required to manage training internally.
