Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Compliance Researcher with expertise in the healthcare sector to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring our organization’s compliance with healthcare regulations and in securing funding through grant writing. The position offers a flexible, contract-based employment structure, with the opportunity for additional project-based work billed on an hourly basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research on healthcare compliance, including state laws and regulations affecting healthcare practices.
- Stay abreast of changes and updates in healthcare compliance standards and legislation.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the training and development needs within the healthcare space.
- Prepare and write grant proposals to secure funding for healthcare-related projects, ensuring alignment with compliance standards and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for grant applications and compliance reporting.
- Provide recommendations for compliance strategy and training development based on research findings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in compliance research and/or grant writing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, state laws regarding healthcare, and training and development in the healthcare space.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory documents.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Compliance, Health Administration, Public Health, Legal Studies) preferred.

Compensation
At showd.me, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and specific office location.
The hourly pay range is $45 – $50 per hour. However, actual pay can vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies, as well as location.
