We are currently looking to hire motivated sales representatives to join our team at an exciting time in our company’s growth.

We’re looking for hungry sales representatives who can collaborate cross-functionally with the company’s founding team and other key members of Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Product. Here you will leverage your passion for evangelizing solutions and selling HR technology, to enable the successful growth of our company while exceeding revenue goals.

This role is highly collaborative. You must be an excellent communicator and proactive self-starter who is comfortable with change, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and can manage many tasks and deadlines.



  • Identify key prospects to position the suite of services

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and online demonstrations to engage potential customers

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to closed won

  • Meet and exceed sales goals by qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities

  • Deliver periodic business reviews to your clients

  • Bring strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on pipeline management

  • Capture and provide product feedback with the Engineering and Product Management teams

  • Ensure accurate forecasting and data integrity by entering and maintaining customer interactions and data within the CRM



  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred

  • 2+ years of proven success in a full-cycle B2B SaaS sales position

  • Basic understanding of HR technology

  • Exceptional written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to engage prospects through online demonstrations

  • Client-oriented, relationship-driven approach, with a passion for creating customer delight

  • Problem solver and builder mentality with a strong ability to multitask and work cross-functionally to deliver results

  • Track record of building and maintaining strong and lasting customer relationships virtually and through onsite visits to ensure client success

  • Driven, and goal-oriented work ethic

  • Proficient in CRM tools, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Jira, with ability to quickly learn new platforms and technology

At, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits.  Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and specific office location.

The annual base cash compensation range is $65,000- $75,000, with the opportunity to earn commission. However, actual salaries can vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies, as well as location.
