What It Takes
- 5+ years selling SaaS, healthcare tech, or workforce solutions into skilled nursing or homecare.
- A proven track record of winning—top 10% performer, President’s Club, leaderboard regular.
- Confidence in selling to COOs, DONs, compliance officers, HR, and finance leaders.
- High-octane drive—you love competition, pressure, and the thrill of closing.
- Relentless prospecting skills: you don’t wait for opportunity; you create it.
