Position Summary

Showd.me is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead showd.me’s marketing efforts, with a background in B2B Saas, focused in HR tech or healthcare technology is a must, but experience in post acute marketing efforts is strongly preferred. 

You will have the opportunity to lead the evolution of our marketing, brand, content, and sales marketing efforts. As an early member of the team, you will have plenty of opportunities to build the foundation of our marketing process alongside Showd.me leadership. In this role, you will be joining the ground floor of a business that is already seeing exponential growth. Our work environment is very fast-paced and entrepreneurial — you will be supported by some of the best people, advisors, and investors in the tech community.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all marketing initiatives and campaigns to position our product, services, and solution aligned to specific client segment targets

  • Implement process to oversee wide-reaching external messaging to ensure it is aligned with showd.me’s marketing brand strategy

  • Define and manage product launch planning strategy, including development of product positioning and launch approach

  • Drive strategic discussions to better understand our clients, business and opportunities

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Product teams on technology messaging and product positioning

  • Deliver content for sales and client engagement campaigns

  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management

  • Create and manage engaging content across social channels

 

Qualifications:

  • An appetite to work in an agile and dynamic environment

  • Solid experience in digital strategy, content marketing and lead generation at a B2B SaaS company in HR tech or healthcare technology (preferably post acute)

  • Quick to learn new topics and demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment

  • Able to operate up high and down low – high-level focus on the bigger picture while getting in the weeds to ensure flawless execution

  • A creative problem solver who is adept at rolling up your sleeves and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 

Bonus Points:

  • You have experience or interest in HR tech or learning technology

 

Compensation

At showd.me, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits.  Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and specific office location.

The annual total cash compensation range is $85,000- $115,000. However, actual salaries can vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies, as well as location.
