One of the biggest challenges facing the Home Care industry is high turnover. And, while turnover in New York is not as high as the national average, the [retention rate in NY](https://hca-nys.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/HCA-Financial-Condition-Report-2019.pdf) is still way too low. Unfortunately, it costs a lot more to acquire a new employee than to retain employees and keep them engaged.
